Journey across Costa Rica from the mountains to the sea — and everywhere in between! We call this our Ultimate Adventure for good reason: hike around volcanoes, zipline through a lush tropical forest, learn to surf with the pros, whitewater raft through the jungle and so much more.

From heart-pounding adventures to moments of tranquil reflection, this experience offers a deep connection to both nature and culture. Engage with local communities, participate in conservation efforts, and gain insight into the traditions that make this country unique.
Whether you’re an experienced traveler or stepping out into the world for the first time, Costa Rica will inspire and challenge you. Community Service
As part of your Costa Rican adventure, you’ll engage in meaningful yet light community service activities, totaling up to 10 hours. These activities are designed to give you a deeper connection to the local environment and culture while contributing positively to the communities you visit. Depending on the timing of our visit, you might participate in environmental stewardship efforts, such as habitat restoration or trail maintenance to help preserve Costa Rica’s incredible biodiversity, or collaborate with local community organizations, offering support where it’s most needed during your stay. This experience allows you to give back in a way that’s both impactful and respectful of the local needs.
Hands-On Learning
Immerse yourself in the rich cultural and ecological diversity of Costa Rica through engaging, hands-on experiences. Tour a local coffee farm to learn about sustainable farming practices and the journey from bean to cup. Dive into Costa Rican folklore and traditions with activities like dancing, music, and cooking, giving you an authentic taste of Tico culture. Throughout your journey, you’ll gain insight into the country’s incredible biodiversity and unique microclimates, all while learning about the principles of responsible tourism that help protect these treasures for future generations.
Adventure
Costa Rica is an adventurer’s paradise, offering endless opportunities to explore and challenge yourself. Take on an overnight rafting excursion deep in the jungle. Learn to surf on pristine beaches, and zipline through the lush forest for a bird’s-eye view of the treetops. Unwind in natural hot springs, and join in on friendly pick-up games of volleyball and beach soccer. Enjoy casual walks through national parks, and relax with some well-deserved beach time — this is adventure at its best!
Lodging
Travel across Costa Rica, from the mountains of the Central Valley to tropical forests, volcanoes, hot springs, and coastlines. The group will spend nights in various accommodations throughout the country.
